Designing
We focus on designing that on the mood boards, and color trends. We adopt and environmentalist attitude in the presentation of our innovative designs. Innovation is the main value that creates the strength of our designs, and environmentalism is the philosophy that creates the strength of our brand. We present the products that we have shaped around these values in parallel with global decoration trends.
Trend Forecasting
Each year with the changing trends and preferences of the consumers. We at Abhida Homes study and analyze the most preferred trends that we believe will fulfill the needs of the consumers. An elaborate study of the various trends and forecasts helps us in determining the best methods for our design team to work on future projects and collections.
Sampling
Once the digital designs are approved, the design team sends the samples to the production unit where we ensure the development of the best-quality samples. Color quality and material are then checked by the control and quality department and further sent to the client for final approval.
Production
After the sample approval, the production team sits down together and plans the production timeline. In order to stick to the timelines, we promise to deliver the package to the client before the promised time frame. We go to simplify our product packaging and use simple and environmentally friendly designs with materials that respect nature.
Quality Control
Once the production is completed, a quality control process takes place to ensure that any deficient pieces are removed from the production line. This helps us to eliminate any of the pieces that do not pass the quality test. Each piece is checked twice once down in the machine and then manually by our laborers. In some cases, clients also send their quality team to check the pieces randomly to ensure that the quality is at its best. At Abhida Homes we ensure products are Azo and Reach compliant based on European Regulations.
Shipments
The goods are then moved to the shipment points depending on what time of shipment the client prefers. We then dispatch the order to those particular delivery points. The goods are then handed to our customs clearance agents and then finally handed over to the client’s forwarders.
